Add 2 cups of milk and whisk until combined.<br \/>\nCook for about 10 minutes, whisking frequently, until the sauce thickens (if it gets too thick, add more milk).<br \/>\nAdd salt, pepper and nutmeg and turn off heat.<br \/>\nMix in some parmesan and add pasta.
