In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, melted oil, yogurt and vanilla. Add in the mashed bananas and mix again. Add in the dry ingredients and the chocolate and mix well.<br \/>\nGrease your loaf pan and add in your banana bread mixture.<br \/>\nSprinkle with cinnamon and add more chocolate to the top of loaf. Or banana slices or chopped nuts.<br \/>\nBake at 350 for 45\u201350 mins or until a tooth inserted comes out clean.
