Microwave strawberries until soften and juice has came out<br \/>\n2. Mash strawberries and cottage cheese<br \/>\n3. Mix dry ingredients together and add in other wet ingredients<br \/>\n4. Place dough in fridge for at least 1 hour so it\u2019ll be less wet<br \/>\n5. Separate dough in two using plastic wrap and shape into biscuits<br \/>\n6. Preheat oven to 205 \/ 190 (fan-forced)<br \/>\n7. Bake for 18-20 mins<br \/>\n8. Then, place the tray onto the highest wrack , turn off the fan function and turn on broiler function, broil for 2 mins at 230 until the top is dry to touch<br \/>\n9. Let cool for at least 10 mins so it can get harder<\/p>\n<h2>Notes<\/h2>\n<p>1. The dough is pretty wet so it\u2019s not easy to shape. So please use plastic wrap as it will make things easier<br \/>\n2. The biscuit should be dry to touch on the outside while the inner is moist, soft, and a bit gooey<br \/>\n3.
