{"id":6016,"date":"2022-04-12T13:53:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-12T05:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=6016"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:56:31","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:56:31","slug":"chia-pudding-with-mango-coulis-kristelskitchenblog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chia-pudding-with-mango-coulis-kristelskitchenblog","title":{"rendered":"Chia Pudding With Mango Coulis"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Chia Pudding With Mango Coulis Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Chia Pudding (makes 2 servings)<br \/>\nIn a bowl, add:<br \/>\n1 cup your choice of milk (I used almonds)<br \/>\n2 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp vanilla essence<br \/>\n1\/4 cup chia seeds<br \/>\n<strong><em>**Ways-&gt;&gt;**<\/em><\/strong>Mix well and chill for minimum 3 hours or overnight.<br \/>\nMango Coulis (makes 1 1\/2 jar)<br \/>\n400g mango cubed (fresh or frozen)<br \/>\nJuice of 1 lime<br \/>\n1 tbsp sugar<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Add all the ingredients in a small pot and mix.<br \/>\nCook on medium low heat, stirring often, for around 10 minutes or until the mangoes get very soft and start to fall apart.<br \/>\nSet aside and let cool 5 min.<br \/>\nBlend with a hand blender or in a food processor till you get a smooth thick sauce.<br \/>\nIf too thick, add 1 tbsp water at a time.
