{"id":6010,"date":"2022-04-12T12:53:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-12T04:53:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=6010"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:56:33","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:56:33","slug":"mujadara-nanos_kitchen1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/mujadara-nanos_kitchen1","title":{"rendered":"Mujadara"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Mujadara Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 cup of brown lentil<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cup of rice (short grain rice)<br \/>\n3 cups of water<br \/>\n5 onions cut lengthwise (or more)<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of salt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp of cumin<br \/>\n1\/2 cup of oil to fry your onions<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Start by frying your onions in the oil until crispy\/ Caramelized- using a slotted spoon, remove from the onion from oil and set aside.<br \/>\nWash your lentils well.<br \/>\nPlace your lentils with the water in a pan and bring to boil, once it starts boiling turn down the heat, cover and allow to cook for 30 min.<br \/>\nOnce the lentils are cooked, add the salt and cumin. Add your washed rice to the pot and stir gently.
