Mix beef, soy sauce, sweet soy sauce, and sesame oil. Save it in fridge for at least an hour. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. Saute ginger, onion, and garlic till fragrant. &#8211;<br \/>\n3. Put in the beef. Stir till changed the colour. &#8211;<br \/>\n4. Add white pepper and oyster sauce, followed by carrot and long beans. &#8211;<br \/>\n5. Pour a bit water. Stir till well-cooked, then season it. &#8211;<br \/>\n6. Add the mixture of corn starch. Mix well.
