Mix all the wet ingredients followed by dry ingredients (shifted).<br \/>\n2. Place the cupcake paper on tin.<br \/>\n3. Pour the batter 2\/3 of the cupcake hole.<br \/>\n4. Bake in preheated oven at temperature 160 degree celcius for 20 minutes. Chill.<\/p>\n<h2>Russian Buttercream (@Chelsweets)<\/h2>\n<p>250 gr unsalted butter, room temperature<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla extract<br \/>\n1 tin (397 gr) sweetened condensed milk<br \/>\nFood coloring (optional)<\/p>\n<h2>Intructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Whisk the butter for 7 minutes in high speed until fluffy and pale in color.<br \/>\n2. Add the vanilla extract.<br \/>\n3. Add 1 tin condensed milk 3 or 4 installment. Scrape down and side the bowl throughout the process.<br \/>\n5. Mix all until incorporated.<br \/>\n6. Put it inside the piping bag.
