Slice all the vegetables. Set aside.<br \/>\n2. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Then put it in cold water. Drain and set aside.<br \/>\n3. Fry onion over medium high heat until soften, add soya sprout and fry for 1 min, add noodles and all the sauce, keep stirring for 2-3 minutes, add scallions, mix well.
