Saute the mashed spices until fragrant. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. Pour the water, then bring to boil. &#8211;<br \/>\n3. Put the beef and the crushed ginger in. Stir it then bring to boil. &#8211;<br \/>\n4. Add the green beans. Cook until the beef tender and the mung beans softened. &#8211;<br \/>\n5. Add the seasonings and sliced spring onions. Stir it.
