Saute brown onion and garlic till fragrant.<br \/>\n2. Put mushroom in. Stir until a bit shrank.<br \/>\n3. Add all the veggies in followed by all sauces and seasonings.<br \/>\n4. Pour water. Bring to boil.<br \/>\n5. Add the fried egg tofu. Stir.<br \/>\n6. Pour the thickening mixture. Stir till thickened. Turn off the heat.
