Whisk all of the dry ingredients for crust together in a bowl<br \/>\n2. Combine everything with yogurt, marsh and water, then let the dough sit in the freezer for 5 mins<br \/>\n3. Preheat oven to 220 \/ 210 w\/ fan-forced<br \/>\n4. Cut the apples into slices and mix with other ingredients for fillings<br \/>\n5. Get the dough out from freezer and separate into two equal doughs<br \/>\n6. Roll out one of the dough and layer apples on top<br \/>\n7. Repeat for another galette<br \/>\n8. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of both galettes<br \/>\n9. Bake for 15-18 mins<br \/>\n10. Let cool for 10-15 mins before getting them out from the baking tray<br \/>\n11.
