In a saucepan, mix water, garlic powder, salt, and 1 tbsp of tapioca flour. Then, turn on the heat. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. Stir it continuously till thickened. Turn off the heat. &#8211;<br \/>\n3. Pour it into the rest of tapioca flour. Mix it well. &#8211;<br \/>\n4. Form it in a round shape. &#8211;<br \/>\n5. Put them in the fridge to set for about 30 minutes. &#8211;<br \/>\n6. Fry them in low to medium heat till a bit increase in volume.
