{"id":5847,"date":"2022-04-09T09:57:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-09T01:57:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=5847"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:57:03","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:57:03","slug":"nasi-kebuli-kambing-lamb-rice-in-rice-cooker-engineers_plates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/nasi-kebuli-kambing-lamb-rice-in-rice-cooker-engineers_plates","title":{"rendered":"Nasi Kebuli Kambing (Lamb Rice In Rice Cooker)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Nasi Kebuli Kambing Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 kg bone-in lamb<br \/>\n1 brown onion, chopped<br \/>\n7 shallots, minced<br \/>\n7 garlics, minced<br \/>\n3 cm ginger, pureed<br \/>\nCooking oil (add ghee even better)<br \/>\n3 cm cinnamon stick<br \/>\n6 cardamoms<br \/>\n2 star anise<br \/>\n3 bay leaves<br \/>\n1 dried lime<br \/>\n2 tbsp garam masala<br \/>\n2 tbsp tomato paste<br \/>\n1 cup milk<br \/>\n500 ml water or until the meat completely soaked in water<br \/>\n4 tsp salt or to taste<br \/>\n4 cups basmati rice, washed<\/p>\n<h2>Topping<\/h2>\n<p>Raisins<br \/>\nShallots flakes<br \/>\nTomatoes cucumber salad<br \/>\nCrackers<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. In pressure cooker, saute brown onion until translucent.<br \/>\n2. Add garlic, shallots, and ginger. Stir until fragrant.<br \/>\n3. Put the lamb in. Stir until changed the colour.<br \/>\n4. Pour milk and water.<br \/>\n5. Add the the rest of ingredients. Stir until well-combined. Cover then tighten the lid. Cook for half an hour.<br \/>\n6. Turn off the heat. Open the lid then take out the meat. Safe aside.<br \/>\n7. In rice cooker bowl, mix basmati rice and the lamb broth (using the right amount to cook the basmati for your rice cooker).<br \/>\n8. Once the rice is cooked, serve with the meat and all the toppings.
