Place in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 20 minutes (or you can lightly fry on the stovetop with some olive oil).<br \/>\nWhile the meat is cooking, prepare the sauce: Cook the other half chopped onion with 1 minced garlic in some olive oil.<br \/>\nOnce they turn golden, add in 1 can tomato pur\u00e9e and season with salt, pepper and dried herbs.<br \/>\nBring to a boil and let simmer 10-15 minutes until the meat is done.<br \/>\nPlace the meat in the sauce and cook for a few minutes or until the sauce thickens.
