Cut the chicken and marinate with light soy, shaoxing wine and pepper for 30 minutes. Cut all the vegetables in bite size. Mix the soya bean, garlic and sugar. Set aside.<br \/>\n2. Cook noodles according to the package instruction, drain till totally dry. Pan fry the noodles over medium high heat until both sides are crispy, set aside.<br \/>\n3. Fry chicken over medium high heat until both sides turn brown and add all the vegetables, stir fry for 1 min.<br \/>\n4.Add the soya bean mixture and chilli, mixed well and stir fry for 2 mins. Add stock and bring to boil, turn to low heat and cook for 5 mins. Add corn starch mixture and mix well. Pour on the crispy noodles.
