{"id":5790,"date":"2022-04-08T12:39:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-08T04:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=5790"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:57:12","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:57:12","slug":"apple-cinnamon-pancakes-healthie_tastes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/apple-cinnamon-pancakes-healthie_tastes","title":{"rendered":"Apple Cinnamon Pancakes"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Apple Cinnamon Pancakes Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>50g pancake mix (any brand &#8211; either vegan or dairy mix should be fine)<br \/>\n15g unflavoured soy protein isolate @myvegan (or more flavoured protein powder)<br \/>\n10g salted caramel soy protein isolate @myvegan<br \/>\n5g psyllium husk\/ flaxmeal\/ chia seeds\/ 1 egg (but make sure to adjust the amount of water)<br \/>\n1tsp vanilla extract (optional)<br \/>\n180-200g water\/ milk<\/p>\n<h2>Toppings<\/h2>\n<p>Cinnamon apple:<br \/>\nChopped apples<br \/>\n1tsp cinnamon powder<br \/>\n2tbsp water<br \/>\n1tsp lemon juice<br \/>\nSweetener of choice<\/p>\n<h2>Biscoff Drizzle<\/h2>\n<p>10g Biscoff spread @lotusbiscoffus<br \/>\n8g milk of choice<br \/>\n5g maple syrup\/ honey<br \/>\n55g free from natural yogurt (soy yogurt) @tescofood<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Mix pancake ingredients together in a bowl and let it rest for few mins<br \/>\n2. Preheat frying pan and spray oil on it\/ place a baking paper on the pan<br \/>\n3. Scoop batter into the pan and fry with low to medium fire until u can flip to another side. Cook both side until golden<br \/>\n4. Repeat step 3 until u have cooked all of the batter<br \/>\n5. Cut apple in small<br \/>\n6. Mix apples with water, lemon juice, sweetener, and cinnamon<br \/>\n7. Microwave on high for 2-3 mins<br \/>\n6. Melt Biscoff with milk (place in microwave for 10 sec)<br \/>\n7. Mix with syrup until desire consistency<br \/>\n8. Place yogurt on top of ur pancakes and top with cinnamon apples. Then drizzle Biscoff syrup.<\/p>\n<h2>Notes<\/h2>\n<p>1. I am using @flapjacked pancake mix<br \/>\n2.
