In A Small Bowl, Mix<\/h2>\n<p>1 tbsp chopped ginger<br \/>\n1 garlic clove grated<br \/>\n1 tbsp brown sugar<br \/>\n1\/3 cup water<br \/>\n1\/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce<br \/>\n(1 tsp hot sauce if you like the extra heat)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>In a skillet on medium heat, saut\u00e9 the carrots and peppers with 1 tbsp olive oil for a few minutes.
