{"id":5725,"date":"2022-04-07T13:57:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-07T05:57:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=5725"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:57:23","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:57:23","slug":"chinese-style-fried-rice-kristelskitchenblog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chinese-style-fried-rice-kristelskitchenblog","title":{"rendered":"Chinese Style Fried Rice"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Chinese Style Fried Rice Ingredients (For 3-4 Servings)<\/h2>\n<p>3 tbsp butter<br \/>\n2 eggs whisked (optional: 1 sunny side up egg to serve at the end)<br \/>\n2 carrots diced<br \/>\n1 onion diced<br \/>\n1\/2 cup frozen peas<br \/>\n1\/4 cup corn<br \/>\n1-2 cloves garlic minced<br \/>\nSalt and pepper<br \/>\n4 cups cooked and chilled rice<br \/>\n4 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp sesame oil<br \/>\n2 green onions sliced (add more for garnish)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>In a large non-stick pan on medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter. Cook the whisked eggs until scrambled. Remove eggs to a seperate plate.<br \/>\nIn the same pan, melt another tbsp butter and saut\u00e9 onions, garlic, carrots, peas and corn for a few minutes. Season with salt and pepper.<br \/>\nAdd the last tbsp butter and stir to melt. Turn to high heat and mix in rice, soy sauce, green onions and stir till combined. Stir every 20 seconds for a few minutes. Add the scrambled eggs and stir to combine.<br \/>\nRemove from heat, add sesame oil and stir. Taste and add more soy sauce if needed. Garnish with green onions and serve right away.
