Soak the goji in water for 10 mins. Wash and rinse the cabbage, cut into big pieces. Set aside.<br \/>\n2. Fry garlic and ginger over medium high heat, add cabbage and stir fry for 1 min. Add stock and bring to boil. Turn to medium heat and cook with lid for 10 mins.<br \/>\n3. Add milk and goji, mix well.
