{"id":5644,"date":"2022-04-06T13:17:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-06T05:17:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=5644"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:57:38","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:57:38","slug":"chicken-ramen-sarahsteffens_personalchef","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chicken-ramen-sarahsteffens_personalchef","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Ramen"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Chicken Ramen Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil<br \/>\n1 large boneless &amp; skinless chicken breast<br \/>\n1 teaspoon sea salt<br \/>\n\u00bd teaspoon black pepper<br \/>\n\u00bc teaspoon garlic powder<br \/>\n1 cup cremini mushrooms, sliced<br \/>\n1 teaspoon dried mushroom powder<br \/>\n\u00bc teaspoon dried red pepper flakes<br \/>\n1 teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled &amp; minced<br \/>\n2 cups chicken stock or homemade bone broth<br \/>\n1 teaspoon fish sauce<br \/>\n1 teaspoon coconut aminos<br \/>\n2 whole scallions, minced<br \/>\n8 ounces shirataki noodles<br \/>\n\u00bd medium jalape\u00f1o, sliced<br \/>\n2 hard or soft-boiled eggs, halved<br \/>\n2 teaspoons black sesame seeds<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>Add sesame oil to a large stockpot or Dutch oven and bring to medium-low heat.<br \/>\nWhen the pot is hot, add chicken breast and season with half of the sea salt, black pepper and garlic powder.<br \/>\nFlip the chicken after 5 minutes and season with the rest of the sea salt, black pepper and garlic powder. Continue cooking for another 5-8 minutes.<br \/>\nRemove the chicken from the pot and set aside. When cool, slice and divide 4 ways.<br \/>\nAdd the sliced mushrooms to the pot and season with dried mushroom powder, dried red pepper flakes and fresh ginger and saut\u00e9 until the mushrooms begin to soften, about 5 minutes.<br \/>\nPour in the chicken stock, fish sauce and coconut aminos.
