Vermicelli use wheat vermicelli<br \/>\n3 cups Milk<br \/>\n1\/4 \u2013 1\/2 cup Sugar<br \/>\n1\/4 cup Condensed milk<br \/>\n1\/4 cup Heavy cream<br \/>\n1 tablespoon Pistachios (optional)<br \/>\n4 drops Rose water<br \/>\n1 teaspoon Dried rose petals<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Heat the butter or ghee in a thick bottomed pan.<br \/>\nAdd the broken vermicelli and dry roast until golden brown. This will take about 4 minutes on low to medium heat.<br \/>\nAdd milk in the same pan and bring it to a boil. Keep stirring every few minutes. Once it comes to a boil, add sugar.<br \/>\nAdd condensed milk, heavy cream, and keep stirring. The mixture will start thickening at this time. Keep cooking for about 7 to 8 minutes, stirring it every few minutes. Add the rose water.<br \/>\nCheck the sweetness. If needed, you can add more sugar and mix it until dissolved.Depending on how thick you want it, you may either cook it further or turn off the heat.
