Rub the fish with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Safe aside.<br \/>\n2. Mix all the ingredients of crumb.<br \/>\n3. Spread the mayonnaise on fish (one side only), then put the crumbs mixture over it (press it a bit).<br \/>\n4. Heat the oven in high broil mode.<br \/>\n5. Drizzle an ovenproof skillet with oil. Put it in the oven until it&#8217;s heated up, then take the skillet out. Lower the heat.<br \/>\n6. Place the fish on skillet, crumbs side up.<br \/>\n7. Put them in the oven, at the very top rack for about 5 &#8211; 6 minutes.<br \/>\n8.
