In a large bowl, place the flour, pour the wet ingredients over and stir just until a dough forms.<br \/>\nKnead on a floured surface for 8 minutes.<br \/>\nRub the dough with olive oil and place in a bowl covered in a warm place and let rise 1.5 hours (dough should double in size).<br \/>\nPlace the dough on a floured surface and divide into 16 equal rolls and form into balls with your hands.<br \/>\nPlace them in a baking dish (make sure they\u2019re not touching).<br \/>\nCover and let rise 30 more minutes. Preheat oven to 180 degrees, brush the rolls with the beaten egg and bake for 20 minutes until golden.<br \/>\nOnce done, brush them with the garlic-butter-parsley mix and top with grated parmesan.
