Sock the sago in water, set aside.<br \/>\n2. Tear the grapefruit into strips and cut half of the mango into cubes, blend half of the mango into juice. Set aside.<br \/>\n3. Boil rock sugar over low heat until melted. Set aside until cool down totally.<br \/>\n4. Boil water in another pot over medium high heat, add sago and keep stirring for 8-10 mins. Remove from stove and cover the pot with lid for 5-7 mins. Rinse with cold water. Set aside.<br \/>\n5. Mix everything and put it in fridge for at least 3 hours.
