Add popcorn into a big microwave-save bowl and cover with a plate<br \/>\n2. Microwave popcorn on high for around 6-7 minutes (depending on ur microwave) &#8211; see notes<br \/>\n3. Mix protein powder, water, pb2 &amp; syrup in another bowl &#8211; see notes<br \/>\n4. Mix syrup with cooked popcorn<br \/>\n5. Freeze popcorn in freezer for 5 mins so it won\u2019t be so sticky<br \/>\n6. Get popcorn out and shape them into bars with plastic food wrap<br \/>\n7. Place them on a plate (u can place a parchment paper on the plate first to avoid sticking)<br \/>\n8. Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil for 30 seconds (make sure not to burn them!!!!)<br \/>\n9. Spread chocolate on top of popcorn bars and refrigerate them for at least 2.5 hours\/ freeze for 30-45 mins until solid<\/p>\n<h2>Notes<\/h2>\n<p>1. u can also cook popcorn on stovetop<br \/>\n2. Do not over cook popcorn or else they will burn &#8211; some kernel may not pop and that\u2019s normal &#8211; u can get those popped popcorn out and microwave remaining kernels for another 1-2 mins<br \/>\n3. 1\/4 cup of kernels will make approximately 7 cups of popcorn<br \/>\n4. I feel like i may hv add too much liquid as the popcorn get soggy immediately &#8211; so u may reduce the amount of liquid\/ pop more kernels<br \/>\n5. You can freeze them for a longer time if u like harder bars<br \/>\n6. If u want to omit coconut oil, use more chocolate chips<br \/>\n7.
