Once fairly dry, toss in olive oil and add seasoning.<br \/>\nAdd to your air fryer and cook at 350, for approx. 16 mins (may be different depending on airfryer brand).<br \/>\nHalf way through, check on chickpeas and stir, so they cook evenly.<br \/>\nIf using the oven, preheat oven to 375 and bake for approx. 45 mins.<br \/>\nRemove and let cook completely! Eat as a snack, add as a salad or soup topper! I store mine in a jar in the fridge!<br \/>\nChickpeas have such an impressive nutrition profile. These little beans provide a variety of vitamins and minerals that are so important.<br \/>\nSuch as, folate and iron (so important when pregnant), phosphorus, copper and manganese, and a decent amount of fiber and plant-based protein.
