{"id":5411,"date":"2022-04-02T14:43:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-02T06:43:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=5411"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:58:17","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:58:17","slug":"chicken-kebabs-kristelskitchenblog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chicken-kebabs-kristelskitchenblog","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Kebabs"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Chicken Kebabs Marinade Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500g cubed chicken breasts or thighs<br \/>\n1\/2 cup yogurt<br \/>\n1 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\nJuice of 1\/2 a lemon<br \/>\n2 garlic cloves minced<br \/>\n1\/2 tbsp paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp oregano<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp ground cumin<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp black pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Steps To Make<\/h2>\n<p>Mix all marinade ingredients together in a bowl.<br \/>\nAdd the cubed chicken and 1 cup of chopped veggies of choice (I used red, green, yellow peppers and red onion).<br \/>\nPlace in the fridge for minimum 2 hours (or overnight).<br \/>\nPlace the chicken and veggies on metal skewers (if you\u2019re using wooden skewers, make sure to soak them before using).<br \/>\nPlace them on a baking tray and grill in a preheated oven on 220C for 30 minutes, flipping them over half-way through.<br \/>\nI also like to increase the heat the last few minutes to char them.<br \/>\nAlternatively, you can also cook them on a grill.
