Cooking it in boiling salted water for about 8-10 mins, remove from the cooking water, add to ice water to stop the cooking process.<br \/>\nSeason your chicken breast with salt, paper, onion powder, garlic powder.<br \/>\nMelt 1 tbsp of butter and add your chicken to the pan. Cook for about 4-5 mins on each side. They should turn golden.<br \/>\nRemove the chicken from your pan.<br \/>\nAdd 1 tbsp of butter add your mushrooms, and cook for 3 mins. Remove from the pan and set aside.<br \/>\nAdd your broth to deglaze the pan.<br \/>\nAdd your balsamic glaze.<br \/>\nBring the broth and glaze to a boil<br \/>\nAdd your chicken and mushrooms back to the pan. Then, add your cornstarch and broth mix to the pan and allow it to thicken.
