Add 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, dried basil and allspice.<br \/>\nKeep mixing until you get a smooth texture.<br \/>\n<strong>To prepare the filling:<\/strong> saut\u00e9 the onions on medium heat with a bit of olive oil. Add the spinach with the walnuts, lemon juice, salt, sumac and allspice. Cook for a few minutes.<\/p>\n<h2>To Assemble The Kibbeh Pie<\/h2>\n<p>Lightly brush a baking tray with olive oil.<br \/>\nSeparate the kibbeh dough in 2 parts.<br \/>\nSpread the first part evenly on the baking tray with your palms until it is all covered.<br \/>\nSpread the spinach filling evenly and layer the second part of the kibbeh dough, spreading it with your hands.<br \/>\nUsing a knife, decorate the surface by cutting parallel lines so you have diamond shapes.<br \/>\nBrush the top with olive oil and bake on 200 degrees for 30 minutes then broil for 10 min until golden. (If you have any remaining kibbeh dough, place them in a cupcake tray and bake).<br \/>\nServe warm with yogurt and pomegranate seeds.
