Rub the fish with lemon juice. Safe aside.<br \/>\n2. Saute the mashed spices, lemongrass, and leaves until fragrance.<br \/>\n3. Pour the coconut milk and seasonings. Stir then boil until the liquid reduced. Turn off the heat.<br \/>\n4. Put the fish in. Rub it with the cooked spices. Safe aside.<br \/>\n5. Grill fish at the both side until cooked and nice brown in colour.
