Knead around 4-5 minutes until you get a smooth texture.<br \/>\nPlace the dough in a ball form in its bowl and cover for one hour.<br \/>\nDivide the dough in 6 balls and roll it into thin flatbreads.<br \/>\nHeat a pan on high heat and just before you place the dough inside, lower to medium high.<br \/>\nLet it cook for 1-2 minutes and once air bubbles start forming, flip and cook 10-20 seconds.<br \/>\nFlip back and place your toppings on the barely cooked side.<br \/>\nYou can either keep the bread open or fold in half.<br \/>\nCook for another minute or 2 and that\u2019s it! Repeat for the other 5 dough balls.
