Saute onion, garlic, and ginger in hot oil till fragrant. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. Add chili and lemongrass. Stir it well. &#8211;<br \/>\n3. Add ketchup, shrimp paste, oyster sauce in. &#8211;<br \/>\n4 pour the water. Bring to boil. &#8211;<br \/>\n5. Put the crabs in till changed the colour. &#8211;<br \/>\n6. Pour the eggs and the seasonings. Stir all together. &#8211;<br \/>\n7. Add the cornstarch mixture, stir it. If the sauce ia sticky, turn off the heat.
