Mix all together the ingredients and the ground spices.<br \/>\n2. In hot pan, pour 5 tbsp cooking oil. Then, pour the omelette batter. Cook in medium heat.<br \/>\n3. Once the bottom side cooked, cover pan with the lid and low the heat.<br \/>\n4. If the batter almost cooked, flip it carefully.<br \/>\n5. Continue cooking with medium heat without the lid.<br \/>\n6. Once golden brown both sides, turn off the heat.
