{"id":5230,"date":"2022-03-31T13:50:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-31T05:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=5230"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:58:51","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:58:51","slug":"meatball-in-tomato-sauce-engineers_plates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/meatball-in-tomato-sauce-engineers_plates","title":{"rendered":"Meatball In Tomato Sauce"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Meatball In Tomato Sauce Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>400 gr minced meat (half beef &#8211; half chicken or all beef)<br \/>\n4 tbsp breadcrumbs<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n1 tbsp sliced of parsley<br \/>\n1 tbsp chopped onion<br \/>\n2 pips garlic, minced<br \/>\n1 tsp Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp salt or to taste<br \/>\nA pinch of black pepper<br \/>\nAll purpose flour<br \/>\nOlive oil<\/p>\n<h2>Tomato Sauce Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 brown onion, chopped<br \/>\n5 pips garlic, minced<br \/>\n1 tbsp dried basil flakes<br \/>\n2 celery stick, puree<br \/>\n1 cup shredded carrot<br \/>\n1 cup mushrooms slices (optional)<br \/>\n300 ml tomato paste<br \/>\nBroth or water<br \/>\nSalt and sugar to taste.<\/p>\n<h2>Topping<\/h2>\n<p>Chopped parsley leaves<br \/>\nShredded cheese<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Mix all the ingredients except flour and oil.<br \/>\n2. Form into some pingpong balls.<br \/>\n3. Coat them thinly with all purpose flour.<br \/>\n4. Heat up a bit olive oil on pot, then put them on. Cook until nice brown color. Safe aside.<br \/>\n5. In the same pot (no need to be washed), saute the onion and garlic until translucent.<br \/>\n6. Add tomato paste, water, celery puree and basil. Stir it.<br \/>\n7. Add the carrot, then bring to boil.<br \/>\n8. Put the meatballs back to the pot, then add the seasonings.<br \/>\n9. Bring to boil, then turn off the heat.<br \/>\n10. Sprinkle the toppings.
