Cut apple in small<br \/>\n2. Place apples on a plate, add water until well-covered<br \/>\n3. Microwave on high for 1.5 mins until apples are soften<br \/>\n4. Mix liquid, syrup, protein powder n flour<br \/>\n5. Add in apples, mix everything well<br \/>\n(Optional)<br \/>\n6. Mix guar gum with water in a separate bowl and use a sieve to sift them into the apple flour mixture (so no lumps left)<br \/>\n7. Combine everything well<br \/>\n8. Place parchment paper in a box\/ tray<br \/>\n9. Transfers mixture (dough) into the box\/ tray and flatten them with a spoon (slightly wet the spoon first\/ apply oil before spreading on top)<br \/>\n10. Place pretzel on top of the dough<br \/>\n11. Microwave chocolate n coconut oil in the microwave until melt<br \/>\n12. Drizzle chocolate on top<br \/>\n13.
