Mix all shortbread ingredients.<br \/>\n2. Put the mixture to a tin then press firmly until flat evenly.<br \/>\n3. Put it into fridge for an hour.<br \/>\n4. In a sauce pan, mix all the caramel ingredients. Cook them in a medium heat. Keep stiring until golden brown in color.<br \/>\n5. Pour it over the shortbread, then put it back into fridge for another hour.<br \/>\n6. Using au bein marie method, melt the milk chocolate and butter, then pour over the caramel.<br \/>\n7. Put it in fridge till firm. Cut it into pieces.
