{"id":5173,"date":"2022-03-30T12:20:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-30T04:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=5173"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:58:59","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:58:59","slug":"crispy-fried-chicken-engineers_plates","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/crispy-fried-chicken-engineers_plates","title":{"rendered":"Crispy Fried Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Crispy Fried Chicken Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 kg skinless chicken drumsticks<br \/>\nCooking oil<\/p>\n<h2>Marination For Chicken<\/h2>\n<p>1.5 cups milk 1 tbsp lemon juice (set for 15 mins homemade buttermilk)<br \/>\n2 tsp salt<br \/>\nA pinch of black pepper powder<br \/>\n1 tsp dried rosemary<br \/>\n3 pips garlic, minced<br \/>\n2 cm ginger, minced<br \/>\n1 egg<\/p>\n<h2>Wet Coating<\/h2>\n<p>Marination liquid<br \/>\nHalf of a tsp coriander powder<br \/>\n1 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp baking soda<br \/>\nAll purpose flour<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp natural vinegar<\/p>\n<h2>Dry Coating<\/h2>\n<p>1\/2 cup all purpose flour<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp lemon pepper seasonings (optional)<br \/>\n1 tsp salt<br \/>\nA pinch of black pepper powder<br \/>\nDried oregano flakes<br \/>\nDried thyme flakes<br \/>\nDried celery flakes<br \/>\nDried basil flakes<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Marinate the chicken for about 30 minutes (or overnight). Strain. Safe aside.<br \/>\n2. Mix all the wet ingredients except flour and vinegar.<br \/>\n3. Add the flour little by little until you get the right consistency (don&#8217;t too thick nor too thin).<br \/>\n4. Right before frying the chicken, add the vinegar. Mix it well.<br \/>\n5. Heat the oil on the pot in medium low.<br \/>\n6. Take a chicken drumstick into wet coating, then into dry coating. Use your fingers to press the flour coating onto the chicken.<br \/>\n7. Fry them until golden brown.
