Blend the kernels with 150 ml milk finely, then strain it. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. Put it into a saucepan, then add the gelatin and sugar. Mix well. &#8211;<br \/>\n3. Heat it up. Stir it continuously until boiling. &#8211;<br \/>\n4. In a bowl, mix the cream, the rest of the milk, and the corn mixture. &#8211;<br \/>\n5. Transfer it into ramekins. Chill it overnight. Served them with cherry compote on top.<\/p>\n<h2>Cherry Compote<\/h2>\n<p>1 cup cherry<br \/>\n3 tbsp brown sugar<br \/>\nA pinch of salt<br \/>\nLemon zest<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Mix all the ingredients on a saucepan. Heat it up. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. Stir constantly until the liquid is thickened.
