{"id":5160,"date":"2022-03-30T11:20:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-30T03:20:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=5160"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:59:02","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:59:02","slug":"apple-pumpkin-choc-overnight-oats-healthie_tastes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/apple-pumpkin-choc-overnight-oats-healthie_tastes","title":{"rendered":"Apple &#8216;Pumpkin&#8217; Choc Overnight Oats"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Apple &#8216;Pumpkin&#8217; Choc Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>20g steel cut oats (or rolled oats)<br \/>\n20g rolled oats<br \/>\n30g salted caramel soy protein isolate @myvegan<br \/>\n10g unflavoured soy protein isolate @myvegan<br \/>\n100g grated apple (1 small)<br \/>\nPinch of salt<br \/>\n5g lemon juice (optional)<br \/>\nCinnamon powder<br \/>\n300g water\/ milk<\/p>\n<h2>Ganache<\/h2>\n<p>8g chocolate smooth soy protein isolate @myvegan<br \/>\n4g cacao powder<br \/>\n40g (any) milk<br \/>\n*OPTIONAL: more sweetener<\/p>\n<h2>Other Toppings<\/h2>\n<p>1 mandarin orange<br \/>\n2 raisins<br \/>\n1.5 square of @milkachocosnack white chocolate<br \/>\n1.8g coconut oil (I\u2019d suggest adding less coconut oil but melt more choc &#8211; see note)<br \/>\nFew chocolate chips<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Mix all ingredients for oatmeal (except protein powder) in a pot then boil and let simmer for around 15 mins (cook shorter if not using steel cut oats)<br \/>\n2. Until oatmeal has been thickened a bit and steel cut oats have soften, turn off the fire and mix in protein powder<br \/>\n3. Transfer everything into a bowl then let cool for a while<br \/>\n4. Meanwhile, mix ingredients for the ganache and spread on top the oatmeal<br \/>\n5. Microwave coconut oil with white chocolate until melt<br \/>\n6. Draw some ghosts on top of the ganache and add chocolate chips as their eyes<br \/>\n7. Pop everything into the fridge<br \/>\n8. In the morning, place mandarin orange on top and two raisins for the little \u2018pumpkins\u2019<\/p>\n<h2>Note<\/h2>\n<p>I guess I have added too much coconut oil for the white chocolate melt so it has run out of shape (probably because the white chocolate has sinked?
