Marinate the chicken for 24 or 48 hours (3 or 4 hours for the quick one)<br \/>\n2. Preheat the oven at temperature 180 degree celcius.<br \/>\n3. Grill the chicken for about 30 minutes both sides or until cooked.<br \/>\n4. At last, raise the temperature up to 200 degree celcius on grill mode. Grill the chicken for another 5 minutes bot sides. Before that, baste it with butter or marination left-over.<br \/>\n5.
