Clean the fish.<br \/>\n2. Rub them with the mashed ingredients.<br \/>\n3. Fry them until golden brown at the both sides.<br \/>\n4. Take them out. Served with your sambal.<\/p>\n<h2>Ingredients Sambal<\/h2>\n<p>7 pips garlic, sliced<br \/>\n7 small shallots, sliced<br \/>\n2 big tomatoes, chopped<br \/>\n7 big chilies, sliced<br \/>\n15 small chilies, sliced<br \/>\n1 tsp shrimp paste<br \/>\n1 tsp salt<br \/>\nA pinch of sugar<br \/>\nCooking oil<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Saute all the ingredients except salt, sugar, and leaves, till changed the colours. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. Grind the sauted ingredients using mortar and pestle for the best flavour. Using blender also fine to make a paste &#8211;<br \/>\n3. Add salt and sugar.
