Put aside for later<\/em>.<\/p>\n<h2>Stir-fry Veggies, I Used<\/h2>\n<p>2 small carrots<br \/>\n1 red bell pepper<br \/>\n1 cup mushroom<br \/>\n1\/2 head broccoli<br \/>\n1 onion<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Chop, julienne and slice all the veggies.<br \/>\nIn a big pan on medium heat, heat around 1 tbsp olive oil and saut\u00e9 the onions and mushrooms for a few minutes.<br \/>\nAdd another tbsp of olive oil and add the rest of the veggies and cook until tender and soft to your liking (around 10 minutes).<br \/>\nAdd the sauce and bring to a boil then simmer until it has thickened.<br \/>\nServe warm with rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
