Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. Dip the chicken into coating mixture, then eggs, then back to coating mixture. &#8211;<br \/>\n3. Fry it till golden brown. &#8211;<br \/>\n4. Crushed it on Sambal using pestle. Served with warm jasmine rice.<br \/>\nNote: if you don&#8217;t bother to make your own coating mixture, just use the instant one.
