Bake\/ steam the sweet potato until soften<br \/>\n2. OPTIONAL: wrap the sweet potato with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight<br \/>\n3. Mix yogurt with protein powder and salt<br \/>\n4. Cut the sweet potato into half and press it a bit<br \/>\n5. Pour yogurt mixture<br \/>\n6.
