Marinate the chicken in mashed spices for 1 hour. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. In a pot, place the chicken in. Then pour the coconut water. Bring to boil. &#8211;<br \/>\n3. Add the leaves, lemongrass, and galangal. Stir it. &#8211;<br \/>\n4. Turn low the heat. Cover it until tender. &#8211;<br \/>\n5. Peel the chicken skin off. &#8211;<br \/>\n6. Fry them in hot oil for less a minute. Served with Sambal.<\/p>\n<h2>Sambal Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>7 shallots<br \/>\n2 big red chilies<br \/>\n6 chilies<br \/>\n1 tomato<br \/>\nA pinch of salt<br \/>\nCooking oil<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1.
