Toss to coat and place on a baking sheet making sure they don\u2019t overlap. Place in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 40 minutes or until they\u2019re golden.<br \/>\n2- While the potatoes cook, prepare the sauce. Heat 1\/2 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet on medium heat and cook the garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add the coriander and cook for another 30 seconds while stirring. Add in paprika, black pepper and cayenne, stir and cook for one more minute. Once the potatoes are done, add them in and toss to coat completely with the sauce.
