Place one Earl grey tea bag &amp; salt into the pot and boil with 250g water\/ milk<br \/>\n2. Get the tea bag out after 5 mins<br \/>\n3. Add chopped fruits, rolled oats n Earl grey powder into the pot and boil on medium-low level until thicken<br \/>\n4. Mix protein powder, pumpkin spice n 100g water\/ milk in another bowl<br \/>\n5. Pour cooked oats into protein mixture and mix well<br \/>\n6. Let the oatmeal cool down a bit<br \/>\n7. Melt biscoff spread with coconut oil in microwave for 10 secs, then pour onto the oatmeal<br \/>\n8.
