Mix all the ingredients except oil. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. Knead it until smooth. &#8211;<br \/>\n3. Divide into 2 dough. Form them into balls. &#8211;<br \/>\n4. Pour the cooking oil on them, then soak for at least 1-2 hours or longer also fine. &#8211;<br \/>\n5. Flat it as thin as possible. Stretch it gently (better using hands). &#8211;<br \/>\n6. Heat up the pan in low-medium heat. &#8211;<br \/>\n7. Place it on a pan, then pour the filling in the middle. &#8211;<br \/>\n8. Seal the wrapper like an envelope. &#8211;<br \/>\n9. Fry them until golden brown at the both sides. Served.<\/p>\n<h2>Filling<\/h2>\n<p>200 gr minced beef<br \/>\nHalf of a medium brown onion, chopped<br \/>\nScallion, chopped<br \/>\n1 leek, sliced<br \/>\nOnion, chopped<br \/>\nMinced garlic<br \/>\nWhite pepper<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\nOyster sauce<br \/>\n7 eggs<br \/>\n1 tsp curry powder (optional)<br \/>\nChili (optional)<br \/>\nCooking oil<\/p>\n<h2>Instructions<\/h2>\n<p>1. Saute the onions and garlic till fragrant. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. Put the beef in until changed the color. &#8211;<br \/>\n3. Add the scallion and leek. Stir it until well-cooked. &#8211;<br \/>\n4. Add the curry powder, sauce, and seasonings. Stir it well. Turn off the heat, then chill. &#8211;<br \/>\n5. Add the beaten eggs. Mix well.
