{"id":4997,"date":"2022-03-27T12:35:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-27T04:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=4997"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:59:35","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:59:35","slug":"air-fried-salmon-piccata-nanos_kitchen1","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/air-fried-salmon-piccata-nanos_kitchen1","title":{"rendered":"Air Fried Salmon Piccata"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>4 salmon fillets<br \/>\nJuice of 1\/2 large lemon (or more if you like it extra tangy)<br \/>\n1 cup of heavy whipping cream<br \/>\n1 tbsp of parsley<br \/>\n1 tbsp capers<br \/>\n3-4 cloves of garlic<br \/>\n1 tbsp of garlic powder<br \/>\n1 tbsp of paprika<br \/>\n1 tbsp of Italian seasoning<br \/>\n1 tbsp of brown sugar (optional), but adds nice caramelized texture to the salmon<br \/>\n3 tbsp of butter<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Season your salmon fillets with the the seasoning above and set aside<br \/>\nIn a saucepan, melt your butter.<br \/>\nThen, add your garlic and cook for 2 min<br \/>\nOnce the garlic releases it\u2019s fragrance, add your lemon juice.<br \/>\nBoil for about 2-3 mins.<br \/>\nThen add your heavy cream and allow to simmer for about 3-4 min.<br \/>\nAdd your parsley and capers and set aside<br \/>\nIn your air fryer, place a fools paper in the basket.
