{"id":4991,"date":"2022-03-27T12:27:00","date_gmt":"2022-03-27T04:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=4991"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:59:35","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:59:35","slug":"beef-stir-fry-with-veggies-kristelskitchenblog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/beef-stir-fry-with-veggies-kristelskitchenblog","title":{"rendered":"Beef Stir-fry With Veggies"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients (Serves 2 People)<\/h2>\n<p>2 steak thinly sliced<br \/>\n1\/2 red pepper sliced<br \/>\n1\/2 yellow pepper sliced<br \/>\n1 cup mushroom sliced<br \/>\n1 onion sliced<br \/>\n1 garlic clove grated<br \/>\n1 tsp grated ginger<br \/>\n3 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\nSalt and pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Sauce Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>3 tbsp bbq sauce<br \/>\n3 tbsp maple syrup<br \/>\n2 tbsp low sodium soy sauce<br \/>\n(stir them together and set aside)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Heat a big pan or wok on high heat and add 1 tbsp olive oil.<br \/>\nAdd the beef slices, making sure they don\u2019t overlap, and cook 2-3 minutes.<br \/>\nGive them a stir, season with salt and pepper, add ginger and garlic and saut\u00e9 for another minute.<br \/>\nAdd half the sauce and cook for one last minute. Set aside on a plate and wipe the pan clean.<br \/>\nHeat another tbsp olive oil and cook the mushroom for a few minutes until cooked through and set aside along with the beef.<br \/>\nHeat the last tbsp olive oil and saut\u00e9 the onion with the rest of the veggies until soft.<br \/>\nLower heat and add the beef and mushroom to the veggies and pour over the remaining suace.<br \/>\nStir and cook for another minute. Serve warm over rice or noodles.
